Terms and Conditions
• From the day of confirmation, I give every customer up to 3 working days to get a deposit to me for their booking, which can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. If the deposit is not received by me after this time, the booking will be cancelled.
• If the deposit is paid on time, the customer will receive a confirmation from me of the payment, however, if the booking has to be cancelled by the customer at any time prior to the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
*On the day of the party, there can be so many things to organise and remember, and I don't have time to remind customers of payment, so full payment must be made by 5pm the day before or I will not attend.
